4 Private Sessions in either Pilates or Gyrotonic

Small Group Equipment Classes - $65-$35/class (4 person MAX)

Personal Training with Emily Hudson - $120-$90/hour

Personal Training with Gabriela Lancaster - $85-$65/hour

We also have apprentice rates for Private Gyrotonic sessions!

GYROKINESIS® group classes are on Saturdays at 9:00am or Thursdays at 4:00pm. First class is FREE! $25 Drop in or 5 classes for $100.
